The Beach Bus operates 7 days and runs north and south, from the YHA Treehouse in Bingil Bay through to The Elandra at South Mission Beach. Services operate from 9am to 7pm. With prices starting from $3 per section this little bus is a great way to explore the 4 villages of Mission Beach.

The quickest trip to Dunk Island, taking only 10 minutes. Operates 6 return services daily. Luggage limits do apply and remember you will get your feet wet!

Two services a day. South-bound at 9.25am and north-bound at 5.20pm. If departing from Cairns you will need to be at the Lake Street stop at 7am for a 7.25am departure. Tickets available from Premier 13 34 10 or through the Mission Beach Information Station.

The nearest railway station is located in Tully (22 km inland from Mission Beach). Queensland Rail's Traveltrain Services include the Sunlander and the Tilt Train. A taxi service is available to transfer clients from Tully to Mission Beach - the cost is approximately $55 for a vehicle seating 4 passengers.
